
Chilly Crisp Sprinke
Ingredients:
This mixture includes a combination of white and black sesame seeds, star anise, cinnamon, sugar, garlic flakes, onion flakes, and pink salt.
How to Use:
- Use 30g sprinkle with 4tbsp toasted sesame oil and 1tbsp rice vinegar. Taste an adjust seasoning if required. Add as required to salad. Store any leftover dressings in airtight jar in the fridge and use as required.
- To make a chilli crisp, take 30g Chilly Crisp Sprikle into a bowl. Heat 6 tbsp oil till hot, pour over mixture. Mix well. Cool and put in a bottle. Use as required.

Storing it Right
Store in the refrigerator's drawer. Place the unwashed leaves in a bag, removing excess air before sealing.
