Refund policy
Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, website Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
RETURN POLICY
Suppose the customer is unsatisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 24 hours after delivery. In that case, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our store (full address will be provided to the customer via email). After 24 hours of product delivery, we shall not be liable to accept a return from the Customer. We will arrange reverse pickup; if the reverse pickup facility is not available, the customer will need to send the product back to our store (a complete address will be provided to the customer via email). The customer will bear return charges.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
When the product is incorrect from the one the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer must send photos or a video within 24 hours after delivery showing the item is incorrect or damaged. In this case, we will reship a new item or issue a refund after inspecting the photo. And the customer shall be liable to return the product as per our return policy (mentioned above). The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion. In case of a damaged product, the shipping cost shall be paid by the Company.
Eligibility for Exchange/Refund of the Damaged/Return:
The product must be returned within 24 hours of delivery. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 48 hours from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you when your return has been processed. All customers must contact www.fraisfarms.com by email or WhatsApp for approval before sending or returning any item to us. Frais Farms will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notice via email or WhatsApp.
METHODS OF PAYMENT AND REFUND
We will refund your amount to the original payment method once it has been processed.
REFUND CYCLE:
The complete refund process usually takes about 7-10 working days from the date of confirmation of
the refund.
